This oil-free detox soup which has been brought to us by Shannon, a health blogger living in Chicago, is packed full of nutrients and energy. Lemon, ginger, Turmeric (I use this), cinnamon, and cayenne pepper help boost your immune system while adding flavor and balance to your soup. No noodles, legumes, beans, or rice have been used for cooking this soup, so it’s easy on stomach and digestive system. 2. Detox Crockpot Lentil Soup
This soup, as most of the other recipes by Lindsay from Pinch of Yum, has been made for real life. Garlic, onion, carrot, rosemary olive oil, and kale are all detoxifying foods which have been sneaked into this soup.
